Job Story: robbed at knifepoint.....McDonald's managment

I understand where you are coming from for sure. Some managers do take it to their heads and treat crew like they are really dumb. Ifeel bad cuz sometimes i catch myself doing that.

Hey there fellow mc fatties! MACCAS ROKS N IF U DONT THINK SO UR PROBERLY A LAZY WORKER, OR LET MANAGERS GET 2 U DONT!!! READ ON AND ENJOY :)
I've been working at my maccas store for 1 year. After 8 months i was made a crew trainner which my store takes very seriously we only have four crew trainners out of about 70 crew. If you work hard do want your meant to and a little extra you'll b loved by those managers others say are mean maybe hated by those you love power because they no your as good as them and respected by crew if you still have fun. And that what its like for me!! I LOVE MACCAS, yep im hooked!! I'm 16 years old and out of a year i can say I have had 4 bad shifts, where I almost cry, am totally ingnored by managers and treated like shit. But its almost always great for me coz i try and i am a hard worker i see other crew getting treated like shit and made fun of by managers but guess what?? if u dont work hard ur asking for it!!

Okay so managers are pissing you off then surprise them by working really good and then they'll respect u. I had trouble with a manger who also was my crew trainner but when i was promoted the respect i suddenly got from her was huge. It was like a whole different person she is so nice 2 me now and i can laugh about the few odd dumbass at aour work with her. (note that few is a under statement)

Well whats the point to my little story?? Give maccas a chance if your lucky to get on the good side of managers from the start it will be easy even if one manger stands in ur way prove them worng and as for the pay work hard earn more!! I get $8.50 (Aussie dollars!!) yep award rates and crew trainner rates. Im also lucky 2 have a fanatastic store owner who thinks im a fantastic worker and runs his managment team really well. He owns a few stores and still managers to be on top of everything. If managers are slacking off byebye his always a step ahead and our store is best in the state. My friends at my maccas complain about the store owner "his a bastard" ect I hear from them but think about this, ITS HIS MONEY!! HE IS PAYING US WITH HIS OWN MONEY AND IS TRUSTING US TO EARN IT AND HELP HIM!" so cut everyone some slack.
