I'm a crew trainer at mcdonalds, and everything i've been hearing sounds pretty bad to me. I guess i'm lucky to have a good job. If you're getting such unfair treatment, you should consult your store manager.

I know what it's like having managers that don't feel they have to do much work while they're clocked in, but i also know many managers who have clearing worked their way up to their current position, and make great managers along with working crew jobs. I've only been working for 8 months, but i've seen my fair share of managers come and go... you just have to rely on your instint, i suppose.

Many managers at my Mcdonalds make a big deal about their employee number and password, many don't. I know quite a few of them including the first assistants and closing managers... they know i would never take advantage of it though. Only thing i really use it for is if they're really busy and someone needs an employee meal, or if i want to see what drive thru times are at. Good luck with everything.
