I'm a swing manager - I'm 16 years old and I've been with Mcdonald's for a little over a year. I would love to read your story, but your spelling and grammer is so poor that I can't even understand what you're trying to say. Spell check it, and re-post it. I'll be happy to give my input then.

I worked there for several years when I was younger, and really enjoyed it. there are plenty of other jobs out there.
If it is that bad, quit!!!!!!!

I have worked at Mcdonalds for 3 years now i started the summer i graduated from elementary school and I really dont see what the problem is there sure i have had fellow co workers from the ages 18-25 kiss me because they thought it was the thing to do and im only 16 but it is fun to work with people who are cool like that I will be promoted to a manager as soon as my birthday comes around. I have overall found it to be a enjoyable expierience.

To the author of this post: FUCK TEENAGERS!!!! I hate teenagers and decided NOT TO BE ONE when I was 12!
(I'm 38 now). It is sad that you were treated rudely---it is a comment on THEM not you! If you find that you must work in retail jobs---why not try Home Depot? I hear that they're not too bad. And maybe take some classes towards a new job---computers or data processing---I assume you know some since you have posted. A tip---if you do decide to take classes (in whatever subject)---take them at NIGHT! Night school=less ignorant spoiled lazy teenagers! They go to day school, which Mommy and Daddy pay for. Spend their McEarnings on CD's and ghetto cruiser cars. Fuck 'em.

I agree with Jessica. The spelling is so bad, that it makes an otherwise interesting account almost unreadable. Get the dictionary out next time.

I think that your story is very biased and, frankly, whiney. I agree with Jessica, the majority of teenagers (myself included) have better grammar and language skills than you and still you flaunt your so-called 'superiority'. If you don't enjoy you're job, you're a big boy, you can quit and stop complaining. My parents don't pay for all of my whims and I have to work to support my future plans for University.
You have to pay off a mortgage? Working two jobs? Poor thing. I, however, must attend school full time (35 hours per week), do homework (20 hours per week), find time for my athletics and extra curriculars (15 hours per week) and still work my part time job. Fuck teenagers? Fuck you spoiled, whiny, irresponsible adults.

Maybe you should go back to college, and learn some basic grammar skills...those "kids" are probably a lot smarter then you.

I'm sort of in the same situation as you, but i'm only 16. I'm a crew Trainer and because of that i get stuck wit the trainees (who think they know everything but they don't) and the older teenager's who, because they are older than me won't listen to a thing i have to say. And it isn't until the manager yells at them and give them a couselling sesion that they listen. they don't5 understand that it's my job to let them know if they are doing something wrong and that the customer comes first etc.

Jessica is complaining about spelling and grammar, however, she is no better, because she spelled grammar incorrectly.
It is GRAMMAR not GRAMMER.

You really need to stop right there and grow a pair. Telling a kid that you will come back to kick his ass, is just as bad as what he did to you. Set an example, instead of agression, show him kindness, maybe he will see the light.
I know this, I worked at McDonald's for 3 years and now am a manager trainee.
I know how do deal with people like this, and it works.

IThe shirts are designed to fit teenagers, who make up the primary workforce at McDonalds. So it is not really Mcdonalds fault the sshirts dont fit properly. They have to provide clothes which will fit the maximum amounmt of people possibler
