I have been to the War Crimes Museum, now re-named War Memorial Museum to soften the tone, and one must understand the one-sided communist propaganda before judging Americans. Lies and even false photos are the norm. Of course, decapitations occured. When a 106 rounds hits nearby, body parts fly.
