People are so shocked when it comes on the evening news that somebody has entered a work place and shot and killed several people and wounded others.Why is that? It doesn't surprise me that it isn't happening even more.
Corporations,companies and supervisors are constanly mistreating the employees in jobs and they turn to Labor departments,unions,lawyers and others for help and are told that there isn't anything that can be done.
If they aren't outright breaking certain laws they can feel free to continue on with their mistreatment of the employees.They keep on till one of the employees feel they have had enough and snap.If the employers hadn't mistreated them in the first place this wouldn't have happened.I'm not supporting the one who did this but if someone had put a stop to the mistreatment it probably wouldn't have ever occured.
Everyone finds fault in the person who commits the act but they never stop to think that it was probably something that was done to them to cause them to react this way.
The employers should be held accountable for part of the blame also.They should treat all employees equally and fairly.They should also think that they should treat people as they themselves would want to be treated.
