Foleys puts too much pressure on employees to harrass customers into opening credit accounts!

I work at Foleys. Believe me, its not my lifes ambition. I have been working for 5 months.
Management is alright, but damn, they pressure so much into getting customers to open credit card accounts! It doesn’t matter how good of a worker you are, if you don’t get credit accounts, you are a loser!
They play you how-to videos on what to say when customers say no to your asking to open an account. Its too much pressure!
I personally don’t like being pressured when I am out shopping, so I don’t like doing it to others.
Its obvious these companies make a lot of money off these accounts and its not the hourly wage employees who are reaping the benefits.
