I love my job….registered nurse

I have worked as a CNA, LPN, and now I am an RN. I have loved every minute of it.

It saddens me to hear so many who say it’s a terrible job. I hope all that feel that way have gotten out, for the sake of all patients. I have worked in maternity (loved it), pediatrics (loved it), med surg (loved it) and long term care in management and I love it too.

If you are not a strong flexible and organized person, you will get frustrated and fail in this line of work. But if you are dedicated and caring and able to organize well, not only is it one of the most rewarding jobs, it pays well and there is always room for career advancemant.

Alot of people want to land an LPN job and expect to be at the top with no further training. Get motivated people and accept responsibility for your own career. Stop belly aching because you thought as a CNA that an LPN was the top of the ladder.

Being at the top takes hard work and dedication and I can’t imagine ever doing anything else.
