The Untold Horror Stories of Older Nurses

Younger nurses need to know the following. After the age of 40 when your at the top of your game the following has happened to many many nurses. Budget crunch time comes and they need to make the figures work.  Nurses who are at the top of their salary range are targets. They will get  harassed so badly they quit. Or, the manager will write a very negative review even lie about you in preparation to fire you. This has happened to me and many other nurses. My attorney tells me he hears these stories all the time.

To me this is age discrimination protected by the Right to Work status of Arizona. There is something so wrong about these practices. If you know of any nurse or you yourself has fallen victim to this, I want to hear from you.
