Slavin in Mcdonalds

I worked for McDonald from 6/08 to 7/09 and it was the worst experience of my life. I was 16 at the time i first got it. The store I worked in had NO AC so we would sweat in the summer especially if I was in the grill area.They would make me work 7 in the morning when I put on my application i wanted to work at 9. I was tired every single day of the week.They always had me waiting for me to go on break. Some days I never got break and I did an 8 hr shift. I got only 1 raise and it was 10 freakin CENTS! I finally quit I couldnt take the stress. Im jobless but honestly no job is better then slavin in mcdonalds. I really do need a job because im starting college in september but I really cant take it.

  4. Haha, I used to work at a fast food joint a few years back and it had no air-con as well. I commend you for lasting over a year, cos I resigned after a short eight months!      by flow
  5. i felt sorry for you guys..but your not alone in that situation i used to work in fast food industry for how many years and i know why you feel over reacting,it's a part of the job! whatever or wherever company you will work is the samething co-worker are lazy,customer are very demanding and rude,bosses are hyperactive making you s-h-i-tt! but it's a part of your job! why dont you try to appreciate what you earned because you need it and you sign for it!      by aries77
  6. I think Burger King is the better fast food joint out of the two of these. The burgers taste better, the fries taste better, the have WAY better pies and the only thing McDonalds does better than them is the chicken nuggets.      by Vsemkoma
